1. Do you deliver nationally?
Yes, we offer shipping to the continental United States for a flat fee, ranging from $99 for coffee tables to $199 for a dining table. For more information visit our shipping & delivery page. Please call for shipping prices to other locations.
2. How long will my order take?
Each of your new heirloom pieces is built by hand once your order is placed. Turn around time on our bauman + sons line of tables is approximately 8-10 weeks. For seating options from crearte and other pieces that come from Europe, the current turn-around time is 12+ weeks due to current international shipping and logistics issues.
3. I need help deciding - do you have any resources that can help?
Yes, if you need help finalizing the perfect piece for you, our design specialist is happy to meet you (in person if local or online if not) and help make sure you get the perfect table and chair coverings you are looking for. Call us at 877-381-5806 to set up a no-cost appointment today.
4. What kind of assembly is required once my table arrives?
All of our tables come with Easy Assembly to make things simple for you. All you'll need to do is bolt on the legs. Simply line up the holes in the leg tops with the holes in the table bottom and secure with included bolts. And you're done! Or if you prefer, and we recommend it for our tables, choose white glove delivery. Our specialists will deliver and set up your table, and then remove all packaging.
5. What kind of finish do you use on your table tops?
Each of our bauman + sons solid wood table tops are built to order and then finished with Rubio Monocoat as our finish of choice. There are several reasons we think this is simply the best finish. First, it has an amazing satin matte finish, which highlights the natural beauty and character of the high grade wood hand selected for your table. Second, it resists spills, hot pans, scratches and dents. With proper maintenance, it will last a lifetime. Third, monocoat is made from renewable plant based oils. With no strong odor, no toxins, no solvents and 0% VOCs, you can rest easy knowing that it's safe for you and your family.
6. What is your return, exchange or refund policy?
As all of our pieces are custom built to order, we do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. However, if you have a problem with your order, of course we will work hard to make it right!
7. Do you have wood samples available so I can see and feel the wood before buying?
Yes, you can order samples of the wood all of our buaman + sons tables, desks and benches are made out of for only $10 each. Plus, any money you spend on samples will be credited towards your furniture order.
